All apartments are managed by smiling and lovely Luisa. She is a friendly and personable host who enjoys welcoming her guest personally, getting to know them and opening the doors of her apartments for them; she also loves to establish a personal contact with her guests and to offer directions and suggestions about Florence.
Luisa also likes sports and traveling and every year, in June, she spends a short vacation in her apartment in London to enjoy the urban athmosphere of the City.
She is in love with her home town of Florence and is a pleasure for her to satisfy the curiosity of her guests about the cultural, historic and culinary secrets of it.
